§ 5-29. Authority to use revenues, grants, and donations to repair, close, or demolish unfit buildings or structures.

The city, being specifically authorized by statute and this article, may make such appropriations from its revenues as it may deem necessary and may accept and apply grants or donations to assist it in carrying out the provisions of this article adopted in connection with the exercise of the powers granted in O.C.G.A. §§ 41-2-7 through 41-2-17.
