§ 3-136. Storage of inventory.

A retailer or retail dealer licensed under this article shall keep no inventory or stock of distilled spirits at any place except his licensed place of business, and within his licensed place of business a storage place for distilled spirits shall be immediately adjacent to the room in which he is licensed to do business; there shall be but one (1) entrance to the storage space and this shall be through the retail store area.
