§ 3-133. Sale of other commodities prohibited; exceptions.

  • (a)

    No retailer licensed under this article shall sell or offer for sale or display or keep in stock at his place of business where distilled spirits are offered for sale, any other products or commodity except the following:

    (1)

    Beer or wine, when properly licensed;

    (2)

    Beverages containing no alcohol which are commonly used to dilute distilled spirits;

    (3)

    Food for off-premises consumption;

    (4)

    Cigarettes and cigars.

    (b)

    No beverages of any kind may be opened or consumed in such place of business.
