§ 2-76. Compliance with state law.

The board of registrars established by this division shall be bound by the state laws governing municipal elections in carrying out its duties and in particular it shall follow those rules set forth for registration of voters in O.C.G.A. tit. 21, ch. 2, art. VI § 21-2-210 et seq.).
