§ 15-5. Same—Liability of property owner.

Any owner of property, where mechanics or builders are engaged at work, who shall allow such lumber, material or rubbish as is prohibited in sections 15-3 and 15-4 to remain upon the street, sidewalk or public square shall be punished in the same manner as the mechanic himself.
